Level I: Gentle yoga for everyone. The focus will be on alignment, learning postures, and holdng the postures using the breath to allow the body to open.

Open: All levels - Instructor will modify postures for beginners and increase the challenge of certain poses for more advanced students. Knowlege of the basic postures is necessary.

Yoga/ Pilates Mix: The best of both worlds! Enjoy core strengthening pilates and then unwind with restorative yoga Tues evening 6 p.m.

Hot Yoga: You want to practice hot yoga but know how difficult it can be to get highly precise and personalized instruction in extremely large classes. We will break apart the pose so you can make corrections to your pose via helpful tips that will make a difference.  The temperature will be set at 95 degrees during the first few weeks and will gradually increase as the class  becomes accustomed to the heat. Class size no larger than 14. Bring water and towel...no showers at the studio.

 

Yoga for the Back: Learn specific poses to relieve back pain, strengthen the back and supporting muscles. Specific direction will be given to those with scoliosis. Please be sure to get doctor's approval.

Zumba: Dance and sweat to latin music. Bring water and towel!
